Lectade Duo Sachets (Each)
Lectade (Jurox)
Composition: Glycine, citric acid, potassium phosphate monobasic, potassium citrate,sodium chlorid, glucose.
When to use: In cases of diarrhoea and dehydration due to nutritional, bacterial or viral causes; stress from travel or surgery and convalescence.
Dosage and Administration : For sachets, add the contents of section A and section B to 2 L of warm water. Stir until dissolved. Feed the quantity prescribed; refrigerate the remainder for next use. Prepare fresh solution daily. Sections A and B must be used together. For concentrate, dilute 1 part concentrate with 11.5 parts water and give orally, following specific treatment for the condition indicated. Continue treatment for one to two days after the animal appears clinically recovered and is feeding normally.
Presentation : Powder (duo sachets): Each duo sachet is sufficient to make up 2 L of solution. Liquid concentrate: 250 mL. (Sufficient to make up 3 L solution.)
Storage: Store below 25 deg. C (air conditioning). Protect from moisture. Prepared solutions can be kept refrigerated for 24 hours, or frozen for seven days before discarding.
