Sulphadim 125ml Broad spectrum sulfonamide antibiotic for the treatment of bacterial infections and diarrohea in ornamental caged birds (caecal coccidiosis, enteritis, pneumonia, and white scours). Directions for Use: Not to be used for food producing birds. When treating for coccidiosis, cage should be thoroughly cleaned daily to prevent reinfestation. Use only glass or plastic drinking containers. Dose Rates (budgies, canaries, and finches): 3 drops (0.15ml) to be given directly into the beak 3 times a day. Also, add 14 drops (0.7ml) per 30 ml of drinking water. Dose Rate (parrots and other large birds): 4-6 drops (0.2ml - 0.3ml) to be given directly into the beak 3 times per day. Also, add 16 drops (0.8ml) per 30ml of drinking water. Diarrhoea Prevention: 100 drops (5ml) per litre of drinking water once each week. Active ingredient: 70mg/ml sulfadimone sodium (equivalent to 64.9mg/ml sulfadimidine).
