Cooinda Downs is a family run business and has been proudly operating for over 20 years Australia wide.
We carry products that are formulated to specifically target the needs of the individual species in preference to a wide spectrum formula. Cooinda covers a wide range of animals, including: kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, possums, koalas, flying foxes, bats, alpacas, pigs, reptiles, small carnivores and most birds. We cater especially to wildlife carers with supplying Wombaroo milk replacements and other supplements.
We try to provide as much information as possible about each product to enable you to make an informed choice regarding each purchase. If in any doubt, however, we highly recommend that you seek professional veterinary advice.
We fully appreciate the cost of properly caring for animals and do all we can to negotiate the lowest supply price from manufacturers and minimise our own overheads to be able to supply products at extremely affordable prices.

How can I pay?
Cooinda Downs uses Westpac's Payway to process transactions safely and securely and as the website platform Wix does not currently support the Payway system we ask that at check-out you follow the link provided and type in the Billing Code provided and pay your order amount using your credit card details. We regret Cooinda transactions aren't more straightforward and hope Wix updates their payment options soon.
All payments must be made in Australian funds.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices shown on www.cooinda.com. are in Australian Dollars and all payments must be made in Australian dollars.
What are the Freight Charges for Australian deliveries?
All orders for Australian customers are dispatched using Australia Post, eparcel.
Freight charges are determined by product weight including box.
Our website platform Wix currently calculates only one set of freight charges for each Australian state. It would be our preference for our shipping policy to reflect the difference in country and city prices just as Australia Post does. But as Wix currently does not allow us to specifically tailor freight charges for regions in a state, we have tried our best to charge as fairly as possible.
Wix allows only 10 weight ranges per state for calculating freight charges, which are 0-1kg, 1-3kg, 3-5kg, 5-7kg, 7-10kg, 10-14kg, 14-17kg, 17-20kg, 20-22kg, 22kg and up.
This is not our preference and we hope Wix updates their system soon. If the weight far exceeds 22kg we will wish for the freight charge to ultimately reflect a fair price and will contact you to ask for an additional payment before we ship your order; if this is unsatisfactory you will be free to cancel your order and receive your money back.
Does Cooinda ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship to customers outside of Australia.
How quickly can you get an order to me?
We understand that most of our customers want their order yesterday!!!
We do our very best to dispatch orders quickly after the receipt of your payment.
We will let you know if there is going to be an unexpected delay on delivery of a product .
You have the option of cancelling your order if it has not already been shipped.
What if I need to return an item?
We provide information about our products for you to make an informed decision about whether the product is suitable for your animals. We are not the manufacturer of the products we carry and cannot guarantee their performance on your animals. We will not accept the return of an item because you're unsatisfied about the quality of the product's results.
If your product arrives broken or you receive the wrong product please contact us.

All orders are taken via the SSL credit card features of this website or can be faxed through to us on 0242843011. Goods will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed. Occasionally, due to heavy demand or delays in manufacturer's supply, some items may be temporarily out of stock. Should this occur we will advise and give you the option to place these goods on backorder.
Cooinda Downs offers a 7 day money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition and are unused, in the original undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of items that are returned incomplete or damaged in any way. The purchaser is required to pay all shipping costs incurred in returning items to Cooinda Downs except in instances where the goods arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped by Cooinda Downs.
To arrange for the return of any item please contact us to arrange an AR (Acknowledged Return) Number and to obtain the return shipping address. No responsibility will be taken for goods returned without an AR Number. Such Numbers will only be issued where contact is made within 7 days of receipt of the item from Cooinda Downs
All goods returned to Cooinda Downs will be inspected upon their return and in the case of damaged products, a replacement product will be sent at Cooinda Downs' expense or a refund issued to the customers credit card according to the customers instructions.
